1) All tankships carrying black oil with a beam of 120 feet or greater will be restricted to daylight transit.
2) All loaded tankships carrying black oil with a beam of 120 feet or greater will be required to have a second pilot onboard in order to reduce work hours in accordance with new regulatory standards and serve as a relief for the other pilot due to the length and difficulty of these maneuvers.
3) All tankships with an LOA of 750 feet or greater with a draft of 39 feet and above will be daylight restricted.
4) Cut "B" (Ingleside to Harbor Bridge) combined beams will be decreased from 251 feet to 215 feet. This was derived from ACOE standards and inline with with other ports criteria with similar channel characteristics.
5) Cut "A" (Ingleside to Port Aransas) combined beams will be decreased from 310 feet to 265 feet.
