Closures: The H627 barge is finally departing from Kiewit
Offshore Services, at 0700 hrs on November 4, 2004. It is anticipated
that the tow will take approximately 4 hours from the time of departure
to when it will clear the Corpus Christi Ship Channel. A one-way
outbound traffic restriction will be required while the vessel is
traveling these ship channels.

.HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS WILL PROMOTE LIGHT TO MODERATE
OFFSHORE FLOW TODAY. A REINFORCING SURFACE HIGH WILL BUILD SOUTH
TOWARD THE COASTAL BEND PRODUCING A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW
OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY. OFFSHORE WINDS WILL DIMINISH OVER THE
WEEKEND AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO SOUTH TEXAS ONCE AGAIN. WINDS
AND SEAS WILL DECREASE DURING THE WEEKEND AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES
INTO SOUTH TEXAS. THIS SURFACE HIGH WILL MOVE EAST ON MONDAY...
RESULTING IN A RETURN TO ONSHORE WINDS.
