.AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL GRADUALLY PULL AWAY FROM SOUTH
TEXAS AND THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH TONIGHT. THE NET RESULT WILL
BE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO GRADUALLY DIMINISH IN COVERAGE
AND INTENSITY THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. A SURFACE BOUNDARY WILL
STALL ACROSS THE NORTHERN WATERS LATER TONIGHT. THIS WILL HELP TO
DIMINISH WINDS AND SEAS THROUGH TONIGHT. MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
RETURN BY FRIDAY AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE
