PERSIST THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING ACROSS THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE
WATERS. A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PROVIDE A SLIGHT CHANCE
FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY AND TONIGHT. CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS A COLD
FRONT APPROACHES. THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS
LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY WITH WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ALONG AND BEHIND THE FRONT THROUGH THURSDAY.
MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THE FRONT ON
