FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE MOVES THROUGH THE
PLAINS. ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND FRIDAY
MORNING MAINLY NEAR THE COAST. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE
WATERS LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...BRINGING A
CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS CAN BE
EXPECTED ON SATURDAY BEHIND THE FRONT. WINDS WILL DIMINISH SATURDAY
NIGHT AS THE HIGH SETTLES INTO TEXAS. THE HIGH WILL MOVE EAST ON
