AND POSSIBLY A THUNDERSTORM THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE NORTH OF
THE COASTAL BEND WILL PROMOTE CONTINUED MODERATE EAST FLOW THROUGH
THURSDAY. A MODERATE TO STRONG SOUTHEAST FLOW WILL PREVAIL FRIDAY
THROUGH TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE EXTENDS FROM THE PLAINS STATES TO
