WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR TODAY THROUGH TUESDAY...
AS A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM CONTINUES OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO
AND AS A SURFACE TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE PERSISTS WEST OF THE RIO
GRANDE. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN TUESDAY NIGHT AND WILL
REMAIN STRONG THROUGH THURSDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS IN THE
CENTRAL PLAINS.
