.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...GENERALLY MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY...IN RESPONSE TO HIGHER
SURFACE PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO AND A SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE PLAINS. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
WEAKEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AS A WEAK COLD FRONT STALLS OVER CENTRAL
TEXAS. ONSHORE WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN NEXT WEEK AS LOW PRESSURE
DEVELOPS IN THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES.
