AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TODAY AND
THIS EVENING AS AN UPPER-LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS SOUTH
TEXAS. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY.
A WEAK UPPER LOW WILL MOVE TOWARD TEXAS ON FRIDAY...AND ALLOW A
FRONTAL BOUNDARY TO MOVE INTO SOUTH TEXAS. THE BOUNDARY WILL
PROVIDE A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION ON FRIDAY.
