ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE OVER THE WATERS TODAY AS HURRICANE EMILY
MOVES ASHORE OVER THE NORTHEASTERN MEXICAN COAST. SEAS WILL
CONTINUE TO RUN 10 TO 14 FEET OVER THE NEARSHORE WATERS AND 15 TO
19 FEET OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. WINDS
AND SEAS WILL DIMINISH OVERNIGHT AND THURSDAY. WEAK TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN PREVAIL THROUGH THE WEEKEND. ISOLATED TO
