.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...LIGHT NORTHEAST
WINDS WILL GRADUALLY BECOME EAST THEN SOUTHEAST LATER TODAY AND
THIS EVENING. INCREASING MOISTURE OVER THE COOLER WATERS OF THE
BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS WILL LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEA FOG
LATER TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO SOUTH
TEXAS ON THURSDAY BUT NOT MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS. A WEAK
COASTAL TROUGH WILL GRADUALLY DEVELOP ON FRIDAY...AHEAD OF ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS ON SATURDAY.
MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP AS THE FRONTAL
BOUNDARY APPROACHES.
