.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A COLD FRONT WILL
CONTINUE TO PUSH OFFSHORE THIS MORNING WITH MODERATE NORTHEAST
WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST IN THE BAYS THIS
MORNING BUT SHOULD BEGIN TO DECREASE THIS AFTERNOON. WEAK EAST-
NORTHEAST FLOW WILL PREVAIL OVERNIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING WITH
WINDS INCREASING AND BECOMING SOUTHEAST BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
ONSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL INCREASE ON FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT AS
A STRONG STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM THE WEST. SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED ON SATURDAY IN ADVANCE OF A COLD
FRONT. THE FRONT IS EXPECTED TO PUSH THROUGH THE WATERS BY
SATURDAY AFTERNOON. MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL OCCUR BEHIND THE
