.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A MODERATE ONSHORE
FLOW WILL WEAKEN BY THIS AFTERNOON AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
MOVES INTO THE WESTERN COASTAL BEND AND A COLD FRONT APPROACHES
FROM THE NORTH. THE COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THROUGH THE COASTAL
WATERS TONIGHT PROVIDING ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS AND
A STRONG TO VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IN ITS WAKE. THE OFFSHORE
FLOW WILL WEAKEN BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL
COMMENCE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE
SETTLES INTO THE WESTERN GULF. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL
ENSUE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND WILL GENERALLY PERSIST THROUGH THE
WEEKEND.
