TEXAS...WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST. SMALL CRAFT
SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DURING THE LATE
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING TODAY AND AGAIN FRIDAY FOR THE BAYS
AND NEARSHORE WATERS. WINDS MAY BRIEFLY APPROACH SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY CONDITIONS OVER THESE AREAS ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AS THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT INCREASES. THE GRADIENT WILL WEAKEN SLIGHTLY ON
