WILL BECOME SOUTHWESTERLY THIS AFTERNOON AS AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE MOVES THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS TODAY. ISOLATED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP IN RESPONSE TO THE UPPER
LEVEL DISTURBANCE...MAINLY NORTH OF PORT ARANSAS. WEAK NORTHWESTERLY
FLOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AS THE STORM SYSTEM EXITS THE COASTAL
WATERS. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER TEXAS ON TUESDAY...WILL MOVE
EAST INTO THE GULF WATERS ON TUESDAY NIGHT...BRINGING A RESUMPTION
OF ONSHORE FLOW. A GENERALLY MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...AS LOW PRESSURE OVER WEST TEXAS AND
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO CONTINUE.
