CONTINUE OFFSHORE TODAY. A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW THIS
MORNING WILL BECOME WEAK NORTHEASTERLY LATER THIS AFTERNOON AS
HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO SOUTH TEXAS. WINDS WILL VEER ONSHORE BY
TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES OVER THE GULF. A
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY AS AN
AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES FROM THE TEXAS PANHANDLE TO MISSOURI.
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS SATURDAY MORNING
