FLOW WILL PREVAIL TODAY AND FRIDAY IN RESPONSE TO A DEVELOPING LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
INTO THE COASTAL WATERS LATE FRIDAY NIGHT WITH A STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW SATURDAY INTO SATURDAY EVENING. THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL
MOVE EAST AND A WEAK COASTAL TROUGH WILL DEVELOP SATURDAY NIGHT
AND SUNDAY MORNING. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP
SUNDAY BEFORE ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE GULF WATERS
