.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A MODERATE ONSHORE
FLOW WILL GRADUALLY WEAKEN BY THIS EVENING AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING
COLD FRONT. THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS
AROUND AND JUST AFTER MIDNIGHT. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP
IN IT WAKE. IN ADDITION...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL OCCUR ALONG THE FRONT. THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL QUICKLY
MOVE EAST INTO THE SOUTHEAST UNITED STATES SUNDAY WITH A WEAK TO
MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING OVER THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL
WATERS. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY
AND SUNDAY NIGHT NEAR A WEAK COASTAL TROUGH. AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE INTO EAST TEXAS ON MONDAY WITH SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE OVER SOUTH TEXAS BEFORE A WEAK
FRONT MOVES INTO THE COASTAL WATERS MONDAY NIGHT.
