MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY AND BECOME MODERATE
TO STRONG BY WEDNESDAY IN RESPONSE TO DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE IN
WEST TEXAS. ISOLATED SHOWERS MAY DEVELOP DURING THE EARLY
WEDNESDAY MORNING HOURS. MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW IS
EXPECTED WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVES TOWARD NORTH
TEXAS. THE LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS TEXAS ON THURSDAY...ALLOWING A
COLD FRONT TO MOVE INTO THE WATERS THURSDAY AFTERNOON. THERE IS A
CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE FRONT...WITH STRONG
TO VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT.
GALE FORCE CONDITIONS CAN BE EXACTED OVER THE WATERS. WINDS WILL
WEAKEN ON FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO TEXAS. OFFSHORE
FLOW WILL INCREASE LATE SATURDAY AS ANOTHER HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
