OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP SOUTHEAST OF BROWNSVILLE TODAY...AS A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES. THE LOW WILL DEEPEN TONIGHT AND
FRIDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH APPROACHES...RESULTING IN AN
INCREASE IN THE OFFSHORE FLOW TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. A MODERATE TO
STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW WILL PERSIST FRIDAY NIGHT. A COASTAL LOW
WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ALONG THE COAST THROUGH SATURDAY WITH WINDS
DECREASING TO MODERATE THROUGH SUNDAY. THE NORTHERLY FLOW STRENGTHENS
AGAIN ON MONDAY AS ANOTHER COASTAL LOW DEVELOPS.
