THURSDAY. WEAK OFFSHORE WILL DEVELOP THURSDAY NIGHT AND PERSIST
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE COASTAL
WATERS FRIDAY NIGHT WITH MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHEASTERLY FLOW
