ONSHORE FLOW THROUGH WEDNESDAY WILL BRING HIGHER MOISTURE VALUES
TOWARD THE COOL SHELF WATERS NEAR THE COAST...RESULTING IN AREAS
OF SEA FOG FORMING. THE SEA FOG MAY BE DENSE AT TIMES TONIGHT AND
THURSDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL BECOME EAST THEN NORTHEAST AND
STRENGTHEN THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE
BUILDS ACROSS THE AREA FROM THE NORTHEAST. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
RETURN ON SUNDAY AS A COASTAL LOW MOVES NORTHEAST. RAIN CHANCES
WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE
MOVES ACROSS THE REGION.
