.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
DIMINISH TODAY...AS THE CENTER OF A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
ENTERS THE REGION. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP
TONIGHT AS THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EAST. ANOTHER SURGE OF
HIGH PRESSURE WILL OCCUR SATURDAY AFTERNOON...AS AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE MOVES TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS...
RESULTING IN MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL
DEVELOP SUNDAY AS RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE GULF.
ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGH TUESDAY IN RESPONSE
TO AN APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE. THE DISTURBANCE WILL
PRODUCE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY NIGHT. A PACIFIC FRONT IS EXPECTED TO PUSH THROUGH THE
