Bay Ltd. requests waterway distruption for restriction of deep draft
vessels and slow bell barge traffic for load out of the PEMEX Zaap DLM.
The operation will consist of turning the barge perpindicular to the Bay
Ltd. dock facility and extending into the ship channel to roll DLM
onboard and secure with seafastening. Date of Operation: February 22,2007

WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN TODAY AS A WEAK BOUNDARY PUSHES INTO SOUTH
TEXAS. THE BOUNDARY WILL BRIEFLY PUSH OFFSHORE WEDNESDAY MORNING.
AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PRODUCE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY NIGHT. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND STRENGTHEN THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AS
LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS WEST TEXAS. A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED
TO MOVE OFFSHORE SATURDAY NIGHT WITH A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE.
