Closures:CORPUS CHRISTI SHIP CHANNEL HAS CLOSED TO TRAFFIC DUE TO DENSE
FOG AND LIMITED VISIBILTY AT 0430 21 FEBRUARY 2007. Will reopen upon
improved visibility.

Bay Ltd. requests waterway distruption for restriction of deep draft
vessels and slow bell barge traffic for load out of the PEMEX Zaap DLM.
The operation will consist of turning the barge perpindicular to the Bay
Ltd. dock facility and extending into the ship channel to roll DLM
onboard and secure with seafastening. Date of Operation: February 22,2007
Time of Operation: 1200 hrs (noon) through 2000 hours (8:00 p.m.) Vessel:
