Closures: Corpus Christi Ship channel closed at 0830 for limited
visibility due to dense fog. Will reopen whe visibility improves.

Bay Ltd. requests waterway distruption for restriction of deep draft
vessels and slow bell barge traffic for load out of the PEMEX Zaap DLM.
The operation will consist of turning the barge perpindicular to the Bay
Ltd. dock facility and extending into the ship channel to roll DLM
onboard and secure with seafastening. Date of Operation: February 22,2007

SATURDAY MORNING WILL SHIFT OFFSHORE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS THE
PACIFIC COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS. THE OFFSHORE
FLOW WILL WEAKEN SATURDAY EVENING...AND BECOME A WEAK ONSHORE
