Bay Ltd. requests waterway distruption for restriction of deep draft
vessels and slow bell barge traffic for load out of the PEMEX Zaap DLM.
The operation will consist of turning the barge perpindicular to the Bay
Ltd. dock facility and extending into the ship channel to roll DLM
onboard and secure with seafastening. Date of Operation: February 22,2007

THEN MOVE EAST ON SATURDAY. THIS WILL PRODUCE A STRENGTHENING
ONSHORE FLOW AND BUILDING SEAS THROUGH SATURDAY. A PACIFIC COLD
FRONT WILL PUSH INTO THE COASTAL WATERS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON...
PRODUCING WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW BEHIND IT. A WEAK TO
MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY. ONSHORE FLOW
WILL RESUME SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST.
