OUT TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES.

GMZ200-262100-
259 AM CST MON FEB 26 2007

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A WEAK TO MODERATE
SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL PREVAIL TODAY AND TONIGHT. A MODERATE ONSHORE
FLOW WILL THEN DEVELOP TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS
NORTH AND WEST TEXAS. ONSHORE FLOW WILL FURTHER INCREASE BY
WEDNESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE PLAINS AND MOVES
EAST. A PACIFIC COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE WATERS ON
THURSDAY...PRODUCING A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW BEHIND IT.
