March 5, 2007 from 4:00 a.m. until March 6 at 1:00 a.m. The ship channel
past the Bay LTD bullkhead will be limited to barge traffic and mariners
must transit slow bell.

NORTHWEST GULF OF MEXICO BY MONDAY AFTERNOON WITH A WEAK ONSHORE
FLOW DEVELOPING THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE
FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...AS
