.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE ACROSS NORTHWEST TEXAS AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN
GULF OF MEXICO WILL MAINTAIN A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
TODAY THROUGH SUNDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE COASTAL
WATERS LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE FRONT WILL
PRODUCE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. WEAK TO MODERATE
OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THE FRONT AND PERSIST THROUGH
EARLY TUESDAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP LATE TUESDAY AS A SURFACE
LOW DEVELOPS OVER WEST TEXAS.
