BOUNDARY WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING WITH
WINDS VEERING FROM WEST TO NORTH. THE LIGHT TO MODERATE FLOW WILL
GRADUALLY TURN BACK ONSHORE BY THIS EVENING. A WEAK TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP THURSDAY AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
FORMS OVER WEST TEXAS. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE OVER THE
WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL
PLAINS.
