THERE IS A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY...AS A
COMPLEX OF STORMS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS CONTINUES TO MOVE
TOWARD THE WATERS. SOME STORMS COULD BE SEVERE LATE THIS MORNING
OR EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW THIS MORNING WILL CONTINUE TO
INCREASE THROUGH WEDNESDAY...AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS AND DEEPENS
OVER WEST TEXAS. THE ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN EVEN MORE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY...BECOMING MODERATE TO STRONG AS LOW
PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE PLAINS AND HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE
EASTERN GULF.
