.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK COASTAL TROUGH IS LOCATED ALONG THE COAST THIS MORNING
RESULTING IN A WEAK NORTHEAST FLOW NEARSHORE. THIS TROUGH WILL
DISSIPATE AS IT MOVES INLAND THROUGH THE DAY AND A WEAK TO MODERATE
EAST TO SOUTHEAST FLOW WILL RE-DEVELOP. ABUNDANT MOISTURE MOVING
INTO THE REGION FROM THE SOUTH WILL CONTINUE THE THREAT OF
SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. LINGERING
MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WILL CONTRIBUTE TO ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY. HIGHER WIND AND
SEAS ARE EXPECTED NEAR THUNDERSTORMS.
