ONSHORE FLOW EXPECTED TODAY AND TONIGHT AS RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
REMAINS OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO. A WEAK TO MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ON WEDNESDAY AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
FORMS WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE. THE COMBINATION OF A DEVELOPING
UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE AREA AND A WEAK TROPICAL WAVE WILL
PROVIDE SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WEDNESDAY
