.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...HURRICANE DEAN WILL
CROSS THE YUCATAN PENINSULA AND MAKE A SECOND LANDFALL ACROSS THE
MEXICAN COAST WELL SOUTH OF THE REGION ON WEDNESDAY. TROPICAL
MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD OVER THE REGION IN ADVANCE OF
DEAN AND THIS WILL LEAD TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
THROUGH MID WEEK. WINDS WILL BACK MORE EASTERLY AND BECOME
MODERATE TO STRONG BRIEFLY IN RESPONSE TO DEAN ON WEDNESDAY AND
SOME HIGH SEAS AND SWELL ASSOCIATED WITH THE SYSTEM WILL ARRIVE EARLY
ON WEDNESDAY. WEAKENING ONSHORE FLOW AND DECREASING RAIN CHANCES
