.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH
SATURDAY. AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER OVER THE EASTERN GULF OF
MEXICO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTHWEST TOWARD THE NORTHERN GULF
COAST THIS WEEKEND. SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM WILL REMAIN
POSSIBLE. THE EFFECTS FROM THIS SYSTEM ARE EXPECTED TO BE VERY
MINIMAL ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS...WITH ONLY MINOR SWELLS
POSSIBLE OVER THE WEEKEND ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS GULF WATERS. A
WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTHERLY WIND CAN BE EXPECTED ON MONDAY AND
