.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A WEAK COLD FRONT JUST NORTH OF THE WATERS EARLY THIS
MORNING...WILL MOVE NORTH LATER TODAY...AS LOW PRESSURE BEGINS TO
DEVELOP OVER THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE
TONIGHT AND THURSDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE. ONSHORE FLOW WILL WEAKEN FRIDAY AS A COLD FRONT
APPROACHES THE COAST. THE COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS
THE COASTAL WATERS LATE FRIDAY WITH A STRONG NORTH TO NORTHEAST
FLOW DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. A WEAK TO MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW IS
EXPECTED BY LATE SATURDAY AND CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS OF SOUTH TEXAS.
