INCREASE TODAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS ACROSS NORTHERN TEXAS. A
COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY AS
THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EAST ACROSS THE PLAINS. A MODERATE
TO STRONG NORTH TO NORTHEAST FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE
FRONT. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY LATE
