LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER WEST TEXAS. A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
WILL OCCUR OVER THE REGION TUESDAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE
TO STRONG ON WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS
TO THE LEE OF THE ROCKIES. WINDS RELAX THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING. A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE
