GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH TONIGHT AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
DEEPENS OVER WEST TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON AND MOVES EAST INTO
OKLAHOMA EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY RELAX
THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE TO WEAKEN INTO THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS. A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY
WITH MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE
FRIDAY NIGHT. OFFSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE SATURDAY AS
HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE REGION AND BECOMES ONSHORE SUNDAY
AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST.
