.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS THIS
AFTERNOON. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED IN ADVANCE OF
THIS FRONT. THERE IS A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS NEAR
THE FRONT. AFTER FRONTAL PASSAGE...MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
DEVELOP. WIND WILL INCREASE TONIGHT AS A SECONDARY SURGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE WATERS. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE
SATURDAY AND GRADUALLY DECREASE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE REGION. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME MONDAY
AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST AND WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH
TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE PANHANDLE.
