.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
ONSHORE FLOW AND SEAS WILL INCREASE TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AHEAD
OF AN APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM COMING OUT OF THE ROCKIES...
BECOMING STRONG WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. THIS LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE
COASTAL WATERS FRIDAY. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE FRONT. MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW
WILL BRIEFLY OCCUR OVER THE COASTAL WATERS BEHIND THE FRONT.
ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO QUICKLY DEVELOP BY SATURDAY AS HIGH

FLOW WILL INCREASE SUNDAY AND MONDAY IN RESPONSE TO A DEVELOPING
