A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTH OF THE WATERS TODAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS
ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THIS MORNING OFFSHORE...THEN CLEARING.
MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TODAY BEHIND THE
FRONT...THEN WINDS WILL WEAKEN THIS EVENING. ONSHORE FLOW WILL
RESUME ON SATURDAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL THEN BECOME MODERATE TO
OCCASIONALLY STRONG FROM SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE
CONTINUES OVER WEST TEXAS.
