EAST. ONSHORE FLOW WILL STEADILY INCREASE THROUGH THURSDAY AS LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER WEST TEXAS. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL ENTER
THE COASTAL WATERS BY LATE FRIDAY WITH WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE
FLOW EXPECTED TO BRIEFLY DEVELOP IN ITS WAKE INTO SATURDAY...THE
