WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING RESULTING IN A
WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW THIS AFTERNOON. THE FLOW WILL
WEAKEN THIS EVENING. ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY THURSDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES EAST OF THE WATERS. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
IS EXPECTED OVER THE WEEKEND AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS
EAST OF THE ROCKIES.
