ONSHORE FLOW WILL WEAKEN SLIGHTLY TODAY...AND WEAKEN FURTHER
TONIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING AS A WEAK COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM
THE NORTH. THE FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS BY TUESDAY
EVENING...RESULTING IN OFFSHORE FLOW AND DRIER CONDITIONS
DEVELOPING ON WEDNESDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE POSSIBLE ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT TUESDAY AND TUESDAY
NIGHT. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME AND MOISTURE WILL INCREASE ON
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST OF
TEXAS...AND LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A COASTAL
