.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...ONSHORE FLOW WILL
WEAKEN THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING AND TURN NORTH AHEAD
OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE
COASTAL WATERS THIS EVENING...WITH A MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW
DEVELOPING OVERNIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT TODAY
THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME AND MOISTURE
WILL INCREASE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES
EAST OF TEXAS AND LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE SOUTHERN HIGH
PLAINS. INCREASING TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL LEAD TO ISOLATED SHOWERS
