.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A COLD FRONT WILL
PUSH OFFSHORE EARLY THIS MORNING LEADING TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE COASTAL BEND AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.
RAIN CHANCES WILL SLOWLY DECREASE...HOWEVER LINGERING MOISTURE
AND AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL PROVIDE CONTINUED CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND PERHAPS A THUNDERSTORM THROUGH FRIDAY. MODERATE
OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THE FRONT THIS MORNING AND WILL
CONTINUE INTO THE WEEKEND. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN BY SUNDAY
AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST INTO THE MID ATLANTIC.
