.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE PERSISTS OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO.
ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESULT IN A GRADUAL INCREASE IN MOISTURE FROM
THE GULF. A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS. MODERATE
OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT AND CONTINUE
THROUGH THURSDAY. WINDS SHOULD GRADUALLY WEAKEN BY FRIDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE SETTLES INTO THE REGION.
