.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...A STRONG COLD
FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS THIS
MORNING AND SHOULD BE SOUTH OF BAFFIN BAY BY SUNRISE. STRONG TO
VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THE FRONT AND WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON. STRONG NORTHEASTERLY FLOW
WILL CONTINUE OVER THE GULF TONIGHT AND WILL GRADUALLY BECOME WEAK
TO MODERATE BY TUESDAY. A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW CAN BE
EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES TO MOVE EAST OF
THE REGION.
